Our Story

Hi, we’re Nat and Bene!
After many years working in the NHS, we’ve decided to take everything we’ve learned and start an exciting new chapter, creating our own business to help people and organisations learn, grow, and succeed.
Between us, we have a wealth of experience in training and e-learning design, having delivered everything from clinical systems training to Team Development
What drives us is simple: we love helping people build skills and confidence while supporting organisations to develop their teams and boost productivity. Using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline, we create training that’s engaging, practical, and tailored to your needs, because we know one size never fits all.
We’re passionate about making learning stick, making it fun, interactive, and valuable so that both individuals and organisations see real results. This new journey is about sharing our skills and creativity to make a difference, one learning experience at a time.

Hi, I’m Bene! I’ve been helping people learn and grow since 2005, starting as a trainer in the NHS before moving into e-learning design in 2018. Over the years, I’ve created everything from interactive training for new clinical systems to health and wellbeing courses, healthy eating packages, and team development modules.
I love working with organisations to create training that really connects with learners, making it engaging, practical, and, most importantly, useful.
Using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline, I design content that helps people build confidence and gain skills they can use straight away.
For me, the best part of what I do is seeing that moment when learners “get it”. When training really makes their work or lives easier.
I also love seeing teams grow in confidence and productivity, helping organisations get the best from their people and a real return on their investment through meaningful training and development.

Hi, I’m Nat. I’ve been working in the NHS for over 13 years, with much of that time spent as a trainer supporting NHS 111 and wider services.
Throughout my career I’ve helped staff build the knowledge and confidence they need to do their jobs well, particularly when it comes to new systems, processes, and ways of working. I’m passionate about creating training that’s practical, engaging, and genuinely useful, not just something people have to “get through”.
I enjoy working closely with teams to understand what learners really need, then turning that into clear, accessible training that supports them day to day.
For me, the most rewarding part of training is seeing that moment when things "click", when learners feel more confident and capable, and the training actually makes their work a little easier.
